zColo offers a variety of Customer Service Packages that allow our customers to take advantage of a valuable resource - onsite, trained technicians. The packages vary only by the number of hours of top trained technician time available to our customers, each month:

zColo also offers Remote Hands technical support on an hour-by-hour basis for the unexpected:

Non Plan Remote Hands (all sites) $225/hour
A one hour minimum per ticket for non-plan Remote Hands
(8am-5pm Monday-Friday)

Around the Clock Coverage
All zColo customers have access to technician services 24 hours/day x 365 days/year. Our Customer Service Packages are useful for routine and emergency technical issues and maintenance.
Response Times
Response time for emergency maintenance situations is 1 hour during normal business hours (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday), and 2 hours outside of normal business hours. New installations and testing will be determined on an individual case basis.
Services
Services available include:
- Cable Installation & Replacements - zColo technicians can install or replace coaxial or fiber optic cable
- Test Collaboration - zColo technicians can collaborate with your technicians to diagnose and test malfunctioning equipment
- Components Replacement - zColo will replace customer cards classified as faulty by the customer
- Visual Surveillance - We notify our customers immediately when an alarm is detected
- Other Services - Other services, include Filter Cleaning, Filter Replacement, Power Cycling and Circuit Testing
